This page is here to help direct those who might be Google'n looking for the long lost (or maybe you're the one who is long lost) tribe of Adult Kids better known as the Buckner Children's Home Alumni Association, also known as The Buckner Orphan's Home Alumni Association. Well, this isn't the web site for the Association. I suppose that's because there isn't a web site, that I know of. However, I am the moderator of the "The Children of the Red Brick Village" Yahoo discussion group. If you are a Buckner Ex, either Student or Employee of the Buckner Home, Buckner Children's Home or as far back as the Buckner Orphan's Home, you are very welcome and urged to click on over to the web site of our group. There, a small rag tail group of "Orphinks" keeping in touch by means of email, discussing all sorts of stuff. Myself and a few other moderators sort of keep track of the flavor or the discussions to keep it clean and family oriented.

Listen up here! When you click over to the web site location, you will be asked to join. We have only one requirement for membership and that is you must be an Ex-Buckner Person, either by Student or Employee. There is one piece of information we ask for verification. Anybody who ever lived there should remember this;

What is the name of the Central Dining Hall?

That should be easy. It starts with the letter "M".

We keep the membership very restricted to protect our members from Spammers and Phishers and other dirty rotten scoundrels lurking the Internet for their prey. This web discussion site has been operating for 2 years with no incidents and we plan to keep it that way.

So, with no further a-due, please
